This Site is a marketing and information website for Obxerv. Any authenticated product or application we offer is governed by its own separate agreement presented at sign-up; these Terms cover this website only.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at Noida / Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site.
